The sludge produced features high water-absorbing capability and low specific gravity, resulting in minimal water treatment. With this sludge characteristic in mind, our company adopts a filter cloth with a high capture rate, coordinated with the reasonable roller arrangement. Then, the flocculated sludge will pass through the low-pressure, medium-pressure, and high-pressure pressing regions, for realizing the sludge dehydration process.

A listed company in Xuzhou purchased four HTE-2000 belt filter presses in October, 2010. The on-site equipment installation and treatment effect drawing is given below.
